With a true passion for creativity and design paired with floral business experience since 1994, Bethany brings an incredible amount of artistic vision, talent and enthusiasm to each of her weddings & events. Having trained under one of the world leaders in floral design, Phil Rulloda, and having studied various styles ranging from European floral design to interior design; she has truly honed her craft. Goal driven she has taken the Splendid Sentiments name worldwide with her designs even having been published in the UK.

From the first floral design meeting to the day-of your event, she is there to make sure your vision comes to life and exceeds expectations. As an ambitious creative thinker she aims to truly reflect your personality & style through her floral creations. She is well known in the industry for her originality and beautiful floral designs, as well as her stunning well-crafted bridal boutiques and personals. She feels that bridal bouquets have extra special meaning, as it is held close to your heart on your special day, so she loves to place a meaningful locket, rosary or family keepsake of yours enhancing the sentiment even more.

Having joined the team in 2010, Haley has developed her natural talent for and all things creative and has blossomed into an extremely talented floral and décor designer. Bringing a fresh perspective, creative insight, great color sensibility, and a wonderful sense of team leadership, Haley is a natural fit for Lead Assistant Designer. With the responsibility of directing the 2nd floral team, we know we can always rely on her to exceed expectations, make important decisions and follow through with a positive and professional attitude. She is an inspiration to us all, and her faith in God never ceases to amaze me!

Joining the team in 2009, Anita brought an impeccable eye for color & detail from her previous experience as a graphic designer and business owner. With an incredible amount of creativity, talent and reliability she is a valuable asset to the team. She has a wealth of knowledge that we are grateful she is willing to share and a knack for coming up with out of the box ways of thinking to make a design work. With her passion and commitment to her work and the team, she drives from El Cajon to the shop in Vista everyday. We are very blessed to have such a talented designer and hard worker on the Splendid team!

Joining us in March 2007 when we opened the doors to the shop, Martha was instantly a part of the Splendid team and our family. She has a wonderful positive presence and shows a sincere dedication to her work. Her talent in taking something that is ordinary and turning it into something beautiful & extraordinary amazes me. She often assumes the commander and chief role on site and is great at jumping in getting the job done fast and efficiently. Her favorite quote “Get er Done” perfectly describes what she does. As the Petal Queen, she has a true gift for creating petal masterpieces. I always look forward to wedding season because that means “Marta” is back!

Joining us in March 2007 when we opened the doors to the shop, Neric initially started as a delivery driver, but fast turned into so much more. He is a dedicated, hardworking, valuable asset to our team. He is incredible at problem solving and can fix just about anything. At this point, we are even pretty sure he could run a wedding by himself with all the experience and talent he has developed through the years. We truly feel we could not have come this far without him.

As the heart and soul of the shop, Truth (Mom) brings the dream to life. With her knowledge of business, she handles the daily operations and is an incredible support to Bethany (daughter) and the team. Having her own artistic drive she enjoys assisting with onsite setup every so often. Her faith in God is inspiring and we are blessed to have her on the Splendid team.
